We have two certified personal trainers and a business manager with a masters degree in applied physiology and kinesiology, we use this knowledge and our training experience to get our clients to their goals. Whether you want to get your 5k PR, at 64, or you’re a high school wrestler chasing a state title, we are ready to meet you where your are at and push you to your goals. We offer each of our clients DEXA (Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry) scans to empirically measure both their health and fitness using the gold standard for body composition. It is both safe, and effective. This cutting edge technology is used to analyze Muscle, Body Fat, and Bone Density throughout the body.
